1. What does Crop do?
Crop allows you to select a text region to be included in the inspection.
2. How do I crop?
Click Crop. Left-click and drag the cursor to select the area to be cropped. A red box surrounds the crop area. Press the Ctrl key on your keyboard while selecting the text for optimal selection.
3. How do I re-do/adjust the crop selection?
Click on the border of the red box surrounding the crop area and use the handles to resize the crop area.
4. How do I delete/undo my crop selection?
Right-click on the border of the red box surrounding the crop area and select Delete from the context menu.
5. Can I crop multiple regions?
You cannot apply multiple crop regions on the same page but you can apply a crop region on each page of a multi-page document, i.e., one crop region per page. For example, if your document has three pages, you can crop one region on Page 1, another region on Page 2, and another region on Page 3. However, you cannot crop two regions on Page 1.
6. Can I combine Crop with Underline Text, Cross out Text, Create Zone, and Table?
Yes, however the underline, cross-out, zone, table zone must be made within the cropped region.
