1. What is the Annotation List used for?
The Annotation list (PDF files only) lists the annotations that were applied when creating the Master file. Annotations can be used to specify document change requests and to keep track of the status of the changes.
2. What is the Annotation List Completed column used for? How do I mark the Master file annotations as completed? How can I view the status of the annotation change requests?
After an inspection has been run, click the Annotation list icon above the Master panel. Navigate through the differences. If the requested change has been made to the Sample, check the box in the Completed column. Click Save at the top of the Report panel to save your changes.
