SETUP FORM
Click the Setups button to launch the setups window.
Four setups are available in the Setups window: Glue Dots, Embossed 1%, Embossed 5%, and VM Setup (For validation tests). These setting values conform to the Marburg Medium and BS EN 15823 standards.
GLUE DOTS
The following setup is available to comply with glue dot standards.
- Glue Dots: No more than 5% of the Braille dot height measurements are lower than 0.160 mm.
EMBOSSED
Two sets of tolerance values are available to comply with embossed standards.
- Embossed 5%: No more than 5% of the Braille dot height measurements are lower than 0.120 mm.
- Embossed 1%: No more than 1% of the Braille dot height measurements are lower than 0.100 mm.
VM SETUP
VM Setup is for the execution of the Validation Manual.
The Setups form is divided into three sets of parameters, Colors, Heights, and Spacing Dimensions. The default parameters are defined by guide lines set by the Pharmaceutical industry.
Note: Heights and Spacing Dimensions values can be change by highlighting the value, entering a new value and pressing the Enter key. |
COLORS
Displays color codes for Braille dot inspection results.
HEIGHTS
Displays Braille dot height inspection parameters.
SPACING DIMENSIONS
Displays the Braille dot region spacing parameters.
CUSTOM SETUPS
The administrator can add custom setups by clicking the plus sign in the Setup form.
Note: Only users with Administrator rights can add custom setups or delete, modify new setups. |
- Click the
plus sign at the top right of the Setup form.
- Enter a name for the custom setup in the New Setup dialog box and click the Create button.
Note: Setup must be 5 characters or more. |
COLORS
- Click the
icon.
- Click a color indicator icon to change the color.
- The color selection pallet will be launched.
- Select the desired color and click OK.
- Click the Apply button to save changes.
HEIGHTS
- Click the
icon.
- Enter a value in the Heights value field or move the corresponding value bar to the desired value.
- Click the Apply button to save changes.
SPACING DIMENSIONS
- Click the
icon.
- Enter a value in the Value or Tolerance field and press the Enter key
- Check the Fail check box to indicate a failed inspection if tolerance level do not pass.
- Click the Apply button to save changes.
DELETING THE CUSTOM SETUP FORM
To delete a custom setup, click the sign at the top right of the Setup form. A query box will be displayed. Click Yes to delete and No to cancel.
